There is plenty to see and do on a visit to The Elgar Birthplace Museum but we are also aware that your group may have a special interest which you would like to concentrate on during your time with us.

Light Refreshments

The Museum can provide tea, coffee and biscuits at a cost of £1.50 per person, on request.

Private Evening Visits

Groups of 25 or more people can enjoy a private evening at the Elgar Birthplace Museum.  Both the Elgar Centre and the Birthplace Cottage are opened especially for your group.

The Carice Elgar Room, named after the composer’s daughter, is an attractive and versatile space located within the Elgar Centre, part of the Elgar Birthplace Museum.

The room can be reserved for use by your group on your visit to the Museum at a cost of £15.00 per hour.

An extensive speaker programme operates at the Museum.

Talks by Museum volunteers can be added to a group visit and are also available for local organisations who require a speaker for meetings or for corporate events. All talks include musical extracts.
