Accessibility

The Carice Elgar Room is located in the Elgar Centre which was opened in 2000 to complement the atmospheric Birthplace Cottage where Elgar was born.  The Museum can now offer more accessible facilities to all visitors, including those with limited mobility, or impaired hearing or sight.

The Elgar Centre and the Carice Elgar Room itself are fully wheelchair accessible. There is also a wheelchair available for use on site if required.

There is a disabled toilet facility on site and assistance dogs are more than welcome at the Museum.
