The Elgar Birthplace Appeal

The Trustees of The Elgar Foundation have established an appeal to create a capital fund for The Elgar Birthplace Museum.

The objective of the appeal is to generate a long term source of income which can help to support the operating costs of The Elgar Birthplace Museum and secure its long term future. We receive no financial assistance from the Government, Arts Organisations or local councils for our work and are dependent of donations, legacies and the enthusiasm and generosity of our visitors.

We aim to raise £500,000 over the next three years in order to secure the future of Elgar's childhood home and also to further improve our facilities and meet the needs of our visitors.
